FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 25, 2025
BROOKLYN, NY — Shulevitz Holdings Inc., a privately held emerging investment firm led by 18-year-old tech entrepreneur Yeshaya Shulevitz, is proud to announce its latest internal investment into its two flagship ventures: CapitalConnect and Shulevitz Media Group (SMG). The investment, valued at a combined $125,000 pre-revenue, marks a critical milestone in the company's mission to reshape the startup and media ecosystems for the next generation of founders and investors.
CapitalConnect, dubbed “the LinkedIn meets Zillow of venture capital,” is a dynamic social networking platform built for startups, investors, and lenders to post, connect, and close deals without brokers or gatekeepers. Since launching in early 2025, the platform has garnered early attention for its frictionless onboarding, community-centric approach, and bold vision for democratizing venture capital access.
Shulevitz Media Group (SMG), a fast-growing editorial outlet originally operating under the name SeedStage Digest, serves as CapitalConnect’s media arm and credibility engine. SMG publishes in-depth founder features, startup profiles, and ecosystem insights that help elevate underrepresented voices in venture. Together, the two platforms form a vertically integrated network at the intersection of capital and narrative.
“This isn’t just a capital injection. It’s a commitment to the long game,” said Yeshaya Shulevitz, Founder and CEO of Shulevitz Holdings Inc. “The platforms we’re building aren't just tools — they’re institutions in the making. Our $125K valuation reflects the strategic value of our brand, audience, and infrastructure — even before revenue.”
This internal funding round will be used to scale user acquisition, expand media output, improve backend performance, and introduce early monetization layers such as paid articles on SMG and subscription-based profile listings on CapitalConnect.
Despite being pre-revenue, both CapitalConnect and SMG have been operating under a lean, high-velocity model with over 50 published founder stories, dozens of active startup and investor profiles, and an expanding footprint in the early-stage startup community.
Shulevitz Holdings Inc. plans to raise external capital in late 2025 or early 2026, but for now, this investment reaffirms the company’s confidence in its current assets and roadmap.
